I have never received worse customer service from a company. The products are poor quality (hence short return periods only if never worn with tags AND for store credit only...aka you can't get your money back and are stuck with more cheap products). Worse, out of 3 separate orders with them, one arrived after over a month, the second was a duplicate order to replace delayed initial order for seasonal items, and the 3rd never was even shipped. Then they never sent replacements for a damaged item. They ignored messages from me until I filed a complaint and refused to refund my shipping. They are also not members of the Better Business Bureau so you are not protected as a consumer. Please don't waste your time or money with this company.
