Lunch special today was cup of chicken noodle soup and grilled cheese sandwich for $6.95. My husband and I each ordered just the cup of soup. They charged us $7.50 each for the soups and couldn't understand why we objected. The point that they were charging more for just the soups than the whole lunch didn't matter and they would not back down. In fact, the waiter insisted that we should have known.

It's a decent location but customer service is pretty lacking and the service quite pokey.

Service was great, food was delicious and the atmosphere was unbeatable. This place sits right on the waterway and the views are great. Our server was friendly and efficient and our meal was ready promptly. They also had a great drink selection. I tried a few great beers that were new to me. All in all a great experience. Definitely going back.

The service here was horrible. When we arrived there was maybe two or three tables seated and the rest of the restaurant was empty. We made reservations because we were a group of nine. When we arrived they still acted like it was a nuisance to seat us. We were seated outside on the deck that wasn't covered and in the corner away from the empty restaurant. The waitress was not the most pleasant to begin with and when we got our drinks she gave us a few minutes to order which turned into twenty or more minutes. When we finally placed our order we were waiting for it to come out and it took a hour and fifteen minutes for our food to come. We asked the waitress and she got an attitude with us even after we said we understood it wasn't her fault that we would just like to know what the holdup is especially with young children at our table who were trying to patiently wait. She said that there was twenty or thirty something orders in front of us and we would just have to wait our turn. She never asked if we wanted refills and after all the ice had melted in our drinks or we drank them we had to ask her and she came out with a pitcher of tea and water and sat them down on our table and said "here you go". We finally started getting our food which was cold and by the time some of us had eaten our food the rest of us still had not received our food. After sitting there for over and hour not only were we starving and our food that we had finally got was cold it became cold and dark outside. When we left we asked to speak to the manager, who also had bit of an attitude and he said that and hour and fifteen minute wait to get our food was a normal wait for most restaurants. (Not any that I have been too.) We paid our check and the extra 20% gratuity added on top of that for POOR service. DO NOT EAT HERE. YOU WILL BE DISSATISFIED WITH THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE.
