Sunstone yoga in Southlake is fantastic. I love how clean the studio is, and how friendly the employees are. I love the yoga so much that I go almost everyday. My body looks completly different than it did when I first started going to sunstone. I have made so many new friends there too! The feeling of community there is amazing, everyone is always chatting and laughing before and after class. I love it!

All you need is water and appropriate attire. (even if you forget that, they have water and apparel for purchase) They provide towels and mats and have a full shower facility. Those are just the perks. The instructors are fantastic...they are truly devoted to helping you improve and become a stronger, healthier person. They offer a variety of classes so you won't get burned out. It's cheap to try it out - $10 for 10 days...so you really don't have a whole lot to lose.

Joining was one of the best decisions I've made. The atmosphere is great and very relaxing. I had back surgery about 5 years ago and I'm amazed at the positions that I can do and the strength that I'm developing after each class....I highly recommend that you give it a try. You will love all of the positive energy.

I was so scared to get out of my comfort zone of running on the treadmill or taking a walk outside. Once I tried it, I was hooked. It's one of the best decisions I ever made about my health. It is relaxing, and fun to see your body change and be able to do more with each class. I highly recommend trying it for yourself.
