I ran into Posh to quickly have 4 solar nails done, after breaking them off. I haven't been to Posh before but since I was in the square I thought it made sense. When I arrived they were full and the man said all the techs were busy and they would be done in 20 minutes, so I waited. A woman finally had me come to a table to fix my broken nails. She started working on my nails and I had to politely stop her several times because the white was crooked. She called some other techs over to see if they were really crooked. They all kept denying that the nail was crooked! What happened to the customer is always right? I ended up just dropping it and letting her finish. The white was not as wide as my other nails and the edges were shaky. My nails look terrible and I will never go back again!

I decided to try this nail spa today because it is next to 2 of my favorite places. I received terrible service and left before service began. The nail technician was rude and lazy. To remove my shellacked toes she wanted to put my feet in a bag of acetone. This was after I declined an OPI treatment she tried to upgrade me to. Most places foil your toes, place acetone and soak off. The technician seemed like she didn't want to be there and had no customer service skills. I ended up not having a service done and leaving. There are 50 other places in the area to choose from that will be much better in service arena. If you read this, read the review below. Only one good review and it sounds fake. If I would have reviews first, I would not have come.

I went in to get a pedi and gel mani with my mom. Right off the bat we got an uneasy feeling and should of listened and gone somewhere else! The lady doing my pedi messed up my polish and didn't even say anything or fix it. However the lady doing my mani was the worst part. They don't take off the gel properly in a way that is safe for your nails. Causing them to be so forceful and rough to get it off! I had to stop her several times. When she was finally finished she didn't even cut my cuticles let alone get all my previous gel off before putting the new gel on!!!!! Not good service and DO NOT recommend to ANYONE!

Posh is by far the friendliest, talented, and fun spa I have been in. I have arthritis in hands and feet and Posh is only place that listens and is careful. I highly recommend them!
