They used to have lifetime battery replacement for watches - went in this past weekend and was told they couldn't "find" me so they couldn't do this. Also, took a ring (my great grandmothers) for repair and they couldn't do it in house so they sent it out and then called me 3 weeks later saying they couldn't fix it. When I picked it up, they just handed it to me...no checks to make sure it was still the same ring they sent off and when I asked for this, they seemed put out by the requests. I'm sorry, but you had my ring for 3 weeks - it is not unreasonable to ensure it is the same one with the same diamonds that I left with them. I will never go back to Jared again.

Rude employees and very snotty. Took a watch band to get sized. They lied to say they don't have the right tool when it was the same as any watch band they sell. If you don't fix stuff you don't sell, just say so. Don't lie to potential customers

Well, after four trips into the store trying to get them to fix something on workmanship, they MELTED half of my engagement ring. MELTED IT! Worst experience of my life. I am so devastated that I WILL NEVER have the ring that my fiance proposed to me with. I'm so heartbroken, we will never go here again. This Jared's is also, by FAR, the worst in the area. While all of them have rude salespeople, they were the ones who destroyed my ring! I feel like it was because we did not spend a kajillion dollars on a diamond...the store is located in Southlake...and they were just SO rude overall. I feel like I might cry while writing this!
