Thought I would get a haircut for my 6 tear old son. Receptionist told me only available appointment was at 3:30 and it was 3pm. I asked if I could wait and be seen if the next appointment was late or didn't show and was told again busy till 3:30pm. There was no one waiting or a line to be seen. Didn't know Barber Shops carry reservations. Thought it was first come first serve.
