Brought my laundry here last week and I'm really glad and satisfied with their service. It really is a breeze! Good job!

Used this dry cleaners a few times and everything was fine. My son took out a suit coat to wear today that they had cleaned and it would not lay flat around the buttons. I just brought it back in to get them to redo it. At first they told me that it was because the hanger was too small. It was their hanger. I told them he put the coat on and it would not lay flat. She kept asking me what I wanted them to do. I said fix it. Asked me how I wanted them to fix it. I said I don't know you are the experts. She disappeared for 10 minutes and came back and said is this better? It looked the same. Finally after another 10 minutes of them asking ME how to fix I left and will be taking it somewhere else and never returning here.

They lost an item of clothing and when I told them, they denied it happened and refused to look for it- even accused me of misplacing it at home! I will never use them again.

I used this dry clean center 3 times - the first time things were fine, the 2nd time they charged me for a service I didn't request and the lady who own the place was extremely rude and told me "the service is already done." The 3rd time I picked up my things and when hanging them in my closet, realized that my 2 merino wool sweaters were completely shrunk and the material was totally matted. First of all, I was furious that they'd give them back to me like that and have me pay for it. I took the garments back the next day where the same lady (owner) told me she guaranteed they were dry cleaned and it was defective material. All she would do was stretch it out. I ordered that she reimburse me for the garments as they have been dry cleaned dozens of time and have never had a problem with them shrinking. She was EXTREMELY rude and wouldn't even let me finish a sentence without yelling at me. The fact that they will not take responsibility enfuriates me. I would never recommend them.

We have never had a problem with this dry cleaner and we have been using them for at least 3 years. Our orders have always been ready when promised and the service has always been friendly.

Fast & friendly - love the drive through/drop off feature. Another plus is the great, low prices on dry cleaning items. I'm always pleased by how much I'm saving and my clothes look great.
