After my first class I was hooked and I realized that I had found the perfect workout for me! Each class just flies by because of the high-energy instructors and the upbeat music to jam out to while we punch and kick. It really is a judgement-free zone. You progress at your own pace and everyone is very supportive of your fitness goals. I am signed up for a full year and I hope to still be kickboxing for much longer. I love kickboxing (dot com ;p)!

Can't say enough about these instructors. they recognize your fitness level and modify based on your needs. I never felt more comfortable in a gym.
