This man driving this truck is predjudice. He ran me off the road because he didn’t like the way I parked my car at the gas station. It’s all on camera . He pulled out in front of me yelling obscene language at me all because of the way I parked my car. Shame on you. I’m a business owner and yes I’m black . I wouldn’t trust him to pull my garbage can to the curb. So if you’re black and think about doing business with him don’t. Take your business elsewhere. The words he used I wouldnt trust him at all. Sad world we’re living in. And your home address is on here. So terrible of you

Unreliable

I originally signed a contract with Tony, the owner, in May of 2006. He said he would begin work replacing my basement walls in early June of that year, and that it would take about three weeks. He finally started the work in October of that year, and did not finish until late December, at which point it was too cold to complete the job, but he promised to return "first thing in the spring" to pour back my driveway and lay my new sod to replace the lawn he destroyed doing the basement walls. Well, in July of 2007, I found him on another job (yes I had to hunt him down, because he would not return my calls) and got him to return and finish.
In September of 2007 one of the new walls he built cracked from top to bottom, I made him aware of it, and he promised to come and replace it. I continued to call him over and over again, only to hear excuse after excuse as to why he could not return. Finally in September of 2009. He came and dug up my yard, replaced the cracked sections, but as of now, in November of 2009, He has still not returned to finish filling in the hole, or repairing the steel brackets he removed. I paid him over $28,000 for his services, and this is the treatment I get? I would not recomend him to an enemy!

I hired Mr. B's about 6 weeks ago to complete reconstruction of my house pillars. Tony took a little longer than expected, but it was worth the wait as he took his time perfecting all of his work. He took photos to show before and after. Tony did extra work at no charge as he wanted to make sure the work was done efficiently. He was honest about his work and kept me in the loop. We spoke almost daily so he could provide updates on what he was completing and why the job was taking a little longer than expected. Tony was professional and I would recommend to anyone who is searching for honest, hard working contractor. Tony worked 10 hour days without taking time off to make sure it was completed before the sale of our home. Thank you Tony, we appreciate your service!!

I read the reviews and couldn't believe any could be that bad, I called him any way. On the phone he was to busy talking to listen, but he seemed to know the business. Long story short and Ido mean loooong!! It took over 3 months for an estimated 21 day job. The bad thing is he almost finished the job!!! Got the last draw and never saw him again. Called him to tell him I had a leak and still haven't seen him WARANTEE NO SUCH THING !!! Tony shame on you! I tried to prove your complainers wrong but they were right sadly, again SHAME ON YOU!!! I know you will see this.

We are very happy we hired Mr. B’s to repair and waterproof part of the basement at my parent’s house. We had problems with a few spots in the basement leaking and the back wall was pushed in. We met with other companies who gave us very expensive quotes for waterproofing the entire basement and had us worried we had to replace the back wall. When we met with Tony from Mr. B’s he indicated that the back wall could just be pushed straight and only two walls needed to be waterproofed. The waterproofing took a few days longer than originally thought due to some bad weather, but Mr. B’s took care to make sure the job site was clean and safe. The owner Tony even added extra barricades to help keep my parent’s dog safe while he had the walls excavated. The areas that were waterproofed look great and I am amazed at how straight the back wall is. Overall we are very happy with the work that was done and would definitely use Mr. B’s for future projects!!

My basement was "waterproofed"...

My basement was "waterproofed" by Mr. B's by the previous owner of my home. When I called Tony for warranty work he canceled the first appointment a few hours before he was suppose to show up. He does not communicate directly with the customer on the phone, rather has his "secretary" make all the calls. When he did show up on the second appointment, he walked in with his mud caked boots and walked through my house leaving a trail of dirt on the floor (this is just disrespectful of the customer's home and unprofessional). When my husband and I tried to show him the issues we had with the basement walls, he was VERY sarcastic, defensive and downright RUDE When I showed him the black mold on the basement wall, he said "Oh, your one of those ones that has been on the internet." He acted like we had no clue what we were talking about. When I mentioned I was going to see if a permit was pulled for the job, he literally throw his head back and groaned. He wouldn't accept any responsibility for the water leakage in the basement and said that the problem was from cider block above the ground level. He said if we re-caulked the cider block this would solve our water problems. Right, I don't think so. No business advertising on his vehicle, no business cards, no evaluation of problem with what needs to be done ( on company letter head estimate document), not even a flashlight to look at any areas of concern. Very, Very Rude man. Would not recommend him to anyone. I have another home that needs waterproofing, he definitely lost that business as well. BEWARE!!!
