Provided by YP.comI called to see how late they were open and literally the guy who answered was so rude basically answering the phone saying "Were Closed" and slammed the phone down. I would NEVER give this location my business. If you can't answer the phone in a polite way then DON'T ANSWER the phone and if you're closed don't answer!!!! If this was my franchise I would fire that guy. This was the Southfield location at Southfield Road and 13 Mile..... If you don't have the professional skills to deal with people you are in the WRONG job!!!
