The receptionist seemed annoyed and was very short with me. When I was first transferred to talk to someone they were quick to answer and then my call was dropped because of the bad reception on my end. When I called back it took a few minutes to get transferred ( no big deal but seemed on purpose) but once I was connected again I apologized for the call being dropped and she continued to ask me questions with an attitude. It seemed as I was bothering her and she was in a hurry to get off the phone. Few minutes into the questions my phone was cutting out and she says, " your going to have to call back because your phone is cutting out and it's taking to long to get your information." Really?!? I said ok and hung up the phone. I was moving to a different room to get better reception but she just had a really bad attitude from the beginning. I understand it's annoying when a phone conversation cuts in and out but it's not the end of the world. Learn some patience and be a little more personable. Will not recommend this law firm to anyone. I couldn't even get the name of the lawyer that's how short and rude she was.
