I have been a JaxKar Wash patron for decades. Of all the "JKW", the facility on Telegraph @12 mile is by far my favorite, although the others are great as well. I am a member of the Unlimited Club and it is a $$$ saver.

I was totally disgusted and dissatisfied with this car wash. The people were very ignorant. They have an older man there I dont know his name but his title is the controller who was very rude and very ridiculous with his behavior. He calls the police on people for no valid reason. Some of the other guys that work there mainly are felons who take change out of your vehicle while they clean it. The ones that I came encouter with anyways and yes I know that for a fact. Some of them wait for a nicer car to pull up hoping they get a good tip and then claim they make more money than you if you disagree with them for any reason. Like dude you work at a car wash but you make more money than me. Nothing wrong with that but dont say dumb things for no reason. I will never in my life go back to this car wash. They dont know how to act especially the trailer park trashy looking and acting heavy set woman with blond hair (dont know her name) at the cashier desk in front. So inappropriate
