I hired Gary to help me solve a ten-year leaking basement problem. Gary inspected the project and quoted me a fair price for task. I have had many professionals out to assist me with my problem. Most of them wanted to sell me something regardless of it solving my leaking issue. Gary methodically removed my old bricks and sealed the area using perm-a-barrier, hydraulic cement, and new bricks. We thought this would solve my leak. Unfortunately, it did not work. This is when Gary exhibited his commitment to my issue. He referred me to a sealant specialists who I worked with to solve my problem. I worked with this person for a few months but we could not fix my problem. The interesting thing was that Gary contacted me frequently to access the progress we were making. HE GENUIELY CARED ABOUT FIXING MY PROBLEM. It turns out that the problem is an issue with deteriorating mortar. Gary has taught me how to seal the cracks and fix my problem. If you have a brick or mortar issue I would strongly recommend that you contact Gary Briggs. He is a professional craftsman that does first class work while charging reasonable rates.

I can't say enough about the work Gary Briggs does. He does beautiful, exact, perfect work and the result is the same. He built steps to get out of my sunroom onto the patio. They are perfect. This is the guy to hire. You will be very satisfied. Cathy
