The staff here have bad attitudes and are lazy. Long wait times and poor poor customer service. Detroit

Came here for a time sensitive drug screening, and it's been over an hour and a half and have yet to be called in. This is not an urgent care. Avoid for time sensitive screenings

I visited this place for employment drug screen testing.

The clinic opens at 10 am, a front desk employee showed up at 10:30, and I was called to be services at 11 am; this is 50 minutes before anybody even pulled my papers, WITH ONLY TWO CUSTOMERS IN A WAITING ROOM.

Very poor.

Excellent customer service from front desk to back, Dr Beth Carter as genuine as I've ever experience...
