Jesse serviced my boiler in the past and since then I use less oil. I don't know if the tune up makes it run better. He was friendly worked on the cleaning as I asked. Also he was very tidy and did not leave a mess.
I just called for yearly service call and they will be here in September. Stacy in the office is super friendly and always remembers me when I call in. Great family business. Fair people. I recommend them.

Jessie installed a new hot water heater professionally and without any hassle or problems. He then figured out what was wrong with my heating system and why it couldn't heat my house on cold winter days . . . even though the baseboard hot water system was installed 15 years ago and inspected when the house was built. He fixed the problem fast and at a fair price. Great troubleshooter and a good guy.

I don't think 2 reviews under 2 different names were necessary Gino!! Obviously, they came back to try and fix your problem and even the judge saw through your bull! Just pay your bill and stop trying to scam a free heating install!! These guys have done work for my Mom and she has never had a problem!!

Make sure you establish a written contract because contractor had a hard time rembering what I asked for. To be on the safe side use another contractor all together. I found them to be non professional and incopetent in my opinion. Court case is still pending. I'm being sued, I lost with a magistrate and was granted an appeal. They were very rude and I would not allow them to continue work in my home. They came up with every excuse to defend themselves when all they had to do was opollogize at the start and ask how we can work it out. With my best efforts to difuse the problem all I could envoke was a combative attitude that was not managable.

Contractor connected a boiler I put in the basement ready and new. There were several leaks when I came home after installation I found several leaks. I politely informed the contractor but received a rude response. He came once again to fix but was not competent enough to locate all the leaks I was trying to describe which had already been leaking. He told me he was not going to wait around for a leak to start but I told him they were present and he said he did not see any. At which point Im considered someone who did nothing but complain so the contractor stated. . That they were busy and wanted to give me heat so they "threw it in and would return to fix up odds and ends. I understood that the price was high but I thought I was getting a grade "A" professional install. So when I expressed concern of the cost given the quality (several leaks and not all that I asked for was performed) I was told that the scrap metal was left for me so that I can save a couple of bucks. not funny
