I purchased a Barbie Doll and brought it back within a week with the receipt. They refused to give me the money back but gave me a store credit instead. It was the next calendar year when I tried to redeem it, but they said they would not honor it since their books for that year had been closed. There was no expiration date or policy stated anywhere on the sheet. TERRIBLE customer service!
