This attorney's office is so incredibly efficient and helpful. I could contact them at any time to get my questions answered. Mr. Constanza and his staff were able to help me at one of the most difficult times in my life. I never felt like my best interest were compromised. Any attorney that only takes cash payment is a big bad no no . They will take your credit card but charge you a rediculous fee. Seems like if you made hundreds of dollars per hour you could sport the fee for easy payment. Get with the FUTURE. .. .

Richard Costanza will not fight for you. You're better off representing yourself that hiring him. I'd suggest looking elsewhere. After forking over $750 and him telling me that he could easily drop my conviction from a level 4 DUI to a level 5. He did absolutely nothing. The saddest thing is that I calculated it all myself and, if I only knew, I would've represented myself, saved $750 and gotten the same judgement. The office staff, his wife especially, is rude every time they answer the phone. Do yourself a favor and FIND ANOTHER LAWYER!
