On July 13 2016 I had a blow out in my new Chevy Volt on Route 67 in Roxbury Ct. We called AAA to get a tow since the Volt has no spare tire. It has been my experience in the past to wait at least an hour for help when calling AAA. Not the case with Classic Coach Works. Chris and his flat bed truck showed up within 15 minutes of my call. Chris was extremely helpful and kind and was very careful loading the Volt onto the flatbed as to not damage the low front clearance. He also recommended a great place to tow the car which was close. They fixed the tire the next morning for $20. !

I give Chris and Classic Coach Works my highest recommendation. You can trust them with your vehicle.

I brought my car in to have some body work done and had nothing but problems with them! They refused to release my car AFTER the insurance company mailed them a check for the work. When I finally got my car back it was disgusting! I have tan interior and it was COVERED in grease and oil. There were hand prints everywhere and smudges all over the doors and center console. My steering wheel had been cut up and my head lights did not work - which wasn't a problem BEFORE I brought my car in. Both the owner and the woman in the office were incredible rude and unaccomodating. I will NEVER take my car here again!

AAA sent Classic Coach to tow my car when it died. The gentleman who came was prompt, polite, intelligent, helpful, so friendly and made me feel comfortable for our 40 minute ride to the mechanics. I was initially so stressed about the whole ordeal, but he calmed me down and really turned around my afternoon. Really great experience (I wish they were my mechanics too!).

These folks do excellent work. The owner went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with work that was done. I would highly recommend them for paint and body work. They made my baby look brand new.
