Provided by YP.comThis company has by far the worst service of any repair company I have ever used. The are the authorized provider for Lowes so if you need a repair make sure you ask for a different repair service. They have a habit of not showing up for appointments and ordering the wrong parts as well as lying about backorder status. They are utterly incompetent and to make matters worse the receptionist if condescending and rude. If I could give negative stars I would! In the process of filing a consumer protection and better business bureau claim.
