ABSOLUTELY HORRIABLE!
My mother was admitted there walking, and after a month there, she is wheelchair bound!
not enough nurses( 1 per side) or assistants.(2 per side)
when she needs to use the bathroom it takes sometime over a 1/2hr before anyone changes her. I cant wait to get her out of there.
You can always tell when there is state inspections going on, because the staff all act completely different.
I am only giving a 1 star because you cant give a negative one.
Would NOT recommend!
oh and the social worker never answers the phone or calls back when you leave a message

This nursing facility forced my mother to have a medical procedure that was unecessary forcing her to be catheterized instead of taking her to the bathroom when she needed to go. They also made her sit for prolonged times in her own feces and urine and would often neglect to change her O2 (Oxygen) leaving her in a bewildered vegetative and confused state. What is worse, is that she was battered by her sister in front of a nurse, and they attempted to cover up the failure of the nurse who failed to report it as mandated by law.

If you put your loved one here, you must really hate them.

My Mother was a long term patient at Radius.She was treated with dignity,caring and love.Several of my family members went to visit daily at different times and everyone was so pleasant and made my mother feel safe and secure.My mother has passed,but she went so peacefully and looked so comfortable .I would highly recommend this care center for anyone who has a loved one that would need care.Thank you all!
