At your store in Southaven, MS #20728 today a member of your management team seems to think these shorts are appropriate for a children's store.They were pulled up way higher than what's shown in this picture. She also seems that it's appropriate to not follow said "policy" when it comes to checking IDs for debit card purchases with "every customer". Out of the five customers that she checked out, she only asked me to show my ID. She did not ask the two customers in front of me for their IDs nor to three customers after for their ID but she said "its policy to check EVERY customer's ID when making a purchase with card". This is not the first time that Erin R. has said and did this. When asked why she didn't check the other customers IDs she said "I forgot". Well if she can forget a simple policy like that, what other things could she forget? As long time customer that supports your store I would like answers. No child or adult should be shown butt cheeks in a public store for CHILDREN.

I was a new customer to this store today. Being new to the area I was excited to purchase much needed clothes for my six month old. I shopped in the 3-6 month section for boys, selecting a shirt, pants, shoes and one hat. I also bought a blue jean pair of overalls and a matching shirt and shoes. When I got home I realized that the blue jean overalls was actually a little girls overall dress. I immediately called and explained what had happened. I was told to bring the item back, and I could exchange for a pair of boys overalls.
I later returned to the store and explained what had happened again, and went to pick out a pair of overalls for boys. I also chose several more outfits, shoes and hats.
When I went to check out, I was told I could not have a refund because the dress was on clearance. I explained that I had mistakenly chosen the item, because it was in the wrong section where I was shopping. I did not shop in the clearance section for girls and purchasing the item was a mistake. I told the clerk that I have only one child, and I do not know anyone here yet that has a little girl.
She went to talk to the manager who would not refund, exchange, or even meet me half way on the price.
Here are the facts that are very disappointing, rude, poor business practice, and just shows low or no common courtesy .

*I spent in total both visits today a total of 66.07 in purchases .. The dress cost 2.75..
*The pair of overalls I chose to replace the dress cost 7.50. You all made almost three times more from me anyway.
* The whole point is not the cost at all. Kindness goes a long way. Yes there are lots of people out there with wrong intentions and I'm sure you see that every day.. Not everyone is like that.. I know I'm only one person, but you lost a new customer today.. I wish you all the best
