DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS.......... I purchased lawnmower blades from here and THEY MATCHED THEM UP, put them on and apparently the center star didn't match. T.W.REISS SAID " THEY WILL WORK!!!! The blades were " to long so when the mower started they hit deck. Ran tractor for 15 seconds. T.W.REISS'S answer is my fault can return cause ends were scratched.. Thanks for taking my $40 and giving me wrong blades. I'm not a contractor, mechanic just a schmuck trying to cut his grass. NO INTEGRITY that's what it comes down to...

T. W. Reiss has been maintaining my mowers for the last several years. They have always done a good job at a fair price. They cost less than Starr in Jameson. They pick up when they say they will be there and deliver on time. They keep my 15 years plus mowers running like new and after they were finished with my snow blower it started on the first pull. It has not done that since I first bought it.

These are good people to deal with, who do good work. They took over the business of the old Richboro Lawn and Garden and have all their customer records.

I highly recommend them for all your lawn and snow equipment work.

Absolutely horrible service! I was warned against going here but since they were in my local community, I decided to take my pressure washer there anyways ( I try to support local business since I'm in business too.) Never again will I use this company. I brought a pressure washer in with a leaky gas valve and a bad recoil. The machine is only 1.5 yrs old, but we use it quite a bit being in the painting business. I ask them to call me with an estimate before doing any work, the machine is only worth 450.00. So it takes two weeks to finally get the estimate of 234.00 to fix a 6.00 part and pull the pull mechanism and fix the recoil. ???? I was also told that my fuel tank and carb was full of water? I had just pressured washed a house with it and it was leaking fuel and my guys are scared of the recoil. So I brought it to them to fix it... The gas tank was empty since it was leaking the fuel. When I go in to question this, they show me my carb. and how it had water in it? Then I ask them to put my machine back together and I will pay for the repair of the valve and recoil. Well, they apparently went ahead and did all the work without supplying an estimate. Now I have to pay 200.00 for a small job that was only worth 50.00., they did reduce my bill. Wow... Impressive since they just ripped me off! Never will I use this company again or refer them to anyone!!!!!
