I have been coming to the Southampton Tire Center for years - mostly for car inspection, tire purchases, oil changes. Last week I made an appointment for today, June 25th, for an inspection, etc. I arrived at 8am sharp; I was the second customer. I live nearby so went home. At 11 am I called to see what was going on. The owner said he would try to have it ready by noon. I arrived shortly before noon and to my surprise they hadn’t even begun working on the car. So I left. The owner was extremely unpleasant - not new - didn’t even apologize for the delay and actually had the nerve to say « we try to be helpful. ». After many years of patronizing this place, I will never go again. This is a caveat for those thinking of using its services - DON’T!! unless you don’t mind waiting four hours for a simple
inspection and being treated very badly...

Customer service here is horrid! They are so rude, refusing to explain or inform the customer what kind of choices or product they are purchasing. They took our payment for the new tires and installed them while we waited patiently. They gave us back our car left at the end of their driveway unlocked and unguarded at the curb. It is an old car, so no one chose to drive it away. Instead, all of our CD collection disappeared and they claim no responsibility! Poor, poor service and not worth it to do business here.

Al and Carol are, and have been, the most helpful and accommodating people - ALWAYS. Every time I have called them, they just say "bring it on up and leave the keys". Within a couple of hours, the car/SUV is done and we're back on the road. If you have a bigger job, you should plan on leaving your car, and waiting for a call when it's done. Only FOOLS wait around 5 hours. What an idiot the last review is from PickleJinx back in 2012. You've GOT to be joking, right ?? What a fool.
