Used them for my daughters wedding. Overall great experience. Will use them again for sure! I would recommend them to anyone in need of any party rental services!

Party Patrol Rentals were accommodating in everyway from the moment I booked my event until the day the delivery in Westfield ma drivers came to pick everything up. I will defiantly be recommending to all!

I used Party Patrol Rentals for my wedding. I want to specifically thank the wedding expert Christopher who went above and beyond to ensure that my day was perfect! He was with me every step of the way and even personally delivered and setup my Elite Hexagon tents. I will be using Party Patrol Rentals for all future events!

We do our best to satisfy all orders however to fulfill all of our tent orders in June we must reserve all our tables and chairs for tents in the month of June and have a minimum order. I called Party Patrol to reserve a bounce house for my daughters 5th birthday party and the secretary could not have been nicer! She was so helpful and very friendly! They delivered the bounce house on time and we had it for the whole day! I will be using Party Patrol for my sons birthday party in the fall! Highly recommend them!

Decided to use Party Patrol because they are a LOCAL company in the same town.



Was told 3 different minimum order prices for delivery by 3 different people.



Was actually spending extra $$ to get above the $125 minimum originally told.



Apparently that wasn't good enough.



We'll now be going OUT of town to find another company.

I can't say enough good things about Party Patrol of Southampton. They were amazing!

The tents were spectacularly beautiful, the tables and chairs looked brand new, The photo booth and scrapbook table were outrageously fun, and the DJ was fantastic. He played all the songs the teens love and he actually edited the profanity manually as the songs played. Everyone was happy.



I loved the convenience of having all aspects of the party (mentioned above) handled by ONE company. And by the way, the price for ALL of this was less than a competitors bid to just do the tents, tables and chairs. AMAZING!!!!!

5 Star service hands down! I just wanted to thank this family owned company for truley making my event a success. We could not have done it with out them!

I was quoted a price when I reserved a bounce house for my son’s Birthday party. When the bounce house was dropped off I was over charged. I had to fight with them for three days before getting part of the money back that I was owed. Poor customer service all around.
