I had floors installed by Hales and was very displeased not only with the professionalism but the difficulty in getting floors repaired after they installed them incorrectly. I would not recommend them.

Hale's did a beautiful job refinishing my hardwood floors. They hadn't been done in a number of years and were really starting to show signs of wear. We have a large dog and his in and out through the slider had really discolored the floors, especially in front of that slider. I had a company come out (Dalene's in SW) about 5 years ago, I was very unhappy with their work. It was sloppy and they were careless, breaking a wall lamp and they never told me about it. Conversely, Hale's did an amazing job, they moved the furniture out and then back in after the job was done. The floors look brand new, and the price was very reasonable. I will absolutely call on them again!

They came out and measured my floor told me they would get back to me in 2 business days with the quote. Never recieved a call called back 5 times over a 3 week period and gave up went with someone else and probably saved hundreds of dollars doing it myself.
