I wish I had read the yelp reviews before picking these fools. Like others have said, if I could give them negative stars I would. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!! I made an appointment for the afternoon window from 1-5 with these morons. The first mistake was when Anthony Eustis one of the managers sent me an email a day before with a morning window time. When I emailed him back he apologized and said someone would call me with an exact time. UH NO. I had to call repeatedly throughout the day to get some kind of time. And that idiot stopped answering his phone after 3:45. I had to deal with the clueless receptionist Amanda who actually laughed at my troubles and frustration. I then got a call from one of the drivers who said their truck was having troubles and was only going 5 miles an hour, that sound like horse #*%*. One of the district managers then called me about 20 minutes later and stated they were trying to get another truck to me. By then I got a hold of Universal Movers who saved the day, and the funny part is that they have gotten several last minute jobs as a result of Starving Students being such screw ups. Go Universal! They got a five star from me.
