Im a property manager. Just had one of my offices flooded. I called Ideal early morning and they showed up literally 20 mins after i called. They only took 3 days as they promised. I had them bring a hygienist, and they passed the first time. I really recommend this place to my friends and family, and colleagues.

This company was suggested to us by our agent, Mr. Gibson (Property Loss Specialist). We did in fact, follow up and use Ideal for the water damage . An initial meeting at the site was promptly scheduled by Mr. Gibson; assessment of the damage was made by Ideal Restoration.

Ideal's crew did a great job on all phases of the restoration work. All parties (supervisors), and particularly project manager, were very responsive to our questions, and all issues raised. We can't say enough in praise of Ideal's excellent mannerism and thoroughness as he monitored the entire project's progress through its completion.

Mr. Carpenter, President of Ideal Restoration was also very responsive to our repair/ restoration needs.

We had water coming in around the front window of the living room that leak to the bottom of the wall. We had no idea where the water was coming from or how the water was getting in. Ideal Restoration came out and with their Infra-camera they were able to show us not only the extent of the damage but more importantly how it was coming in.
