What happened??? This place is totally dysfunctional. Used to be a great place to donate plasma. Way understaffed, staff is obviously not happy. This is the 3rd Tim in 2 months. I ended up walking out. Much better places in the valley to donate.

I used to love this place when the old staff was here.. like Daniel, Dean, adrian, ect.. now that there's sooo many new people this place SUCKS! There's literally millions of donors here and like 4 workers. We been waiting in line for 3 hours and I'm finally 4th in line to go back to a bed! Smh.. they should open another CSL to lower the lines and speed up the process! This place is falling apart

The service here is horrible. I waited for over 30 minutes at the counter for someone to assist me, and when they did, they were rude and not welcoming. Worst experience at a plasma center thus far.

despite the overall low moral of donors, most phlebotomists here are friendly and professional. I have been donating here for a few years, and the staff they have now is better than ever before. I always feel welcome and respected when I donate. Not only are the staff friendly, but the sticking process is overall far less painful, and the improved skill of the staff is noteworthy. a few honorable mentions include: Dean, Daniel, Bre, Bellamy, Caroline and Reba

This place is living HELL

Every time I come here I feel like it's nothing but pain! Don't waste your time! Find a better place to donate where is more safe and doesn't take like 5 hours to do it cuz nobody's really doing their jobs but playing retarded and chat between each other when you wait for 30-40 min when somebody will finally come to stick or unstick you.

Unprofessional

It was my first time donating at CSL and it took over 5 hours for me to even get stuck with the needle. The wait time was ridiculous. After going through and watching the video, having my physical, and getting put in the system I made it to the floor. The first woman who stuck me was having trouble making my blood flow and made my vein collapse. Another woman came and tried to move the needle to help the blood flow. This is turn only made a hematoma occur. My skin had a bubble full of blood arise. They decided to try the other arm. The woman who stuck this arm was very forceful and it was awful. She stabbed right through my vein wall. They decided that I couldn't donate that day and said I needed to eat better. They were very unprofessional throughout the whole process, telling me about crazy boyfriends, and having very poor bedside manner. I will not be going back. All I left with was two huge bruises and $50 for them screwing up. I honestly was going to give them a second chance but I was not helped after waiting for an hour today just to figure out what I needed to do. After I tried donating the first time I was told I had to do the whole process (physical, computer thing, med test, etc) all over again. I have donated many times before back home in Wyoming. I did not expect this to happen. I am very disappointed and will be going to help elsewhere.

I went in to donate today, I was defferred because of mistranslated computer information because I had been in jail/ hospital portion of the jail( I was in jail because I tried to punch my ex boyfriend in the balls and failed misserably). I had more questions, so I talked to Jessica the Assistant Care manager, she had given out my private information to the patients and staff declaring an embarrassment to me. I wish I had never gone in to see if I could donate. I'm never gonna try to donate again because of her unprofessionalism of saying that I had been in jail in front of the whole staff, patients, and possible patients that might be donating. I already submitted a complaint to the Civil Rights Act.

I had never been to donate plasma before and decided to go. I took both of my parents so they could go as well. We walked in and there were no signs telling us where to go as there were different lines and stations to choose from. We chose our line and eventually got called up to a back room. The woman then told me to go up to the other front counter because it was my first time. I went up and they took my name and checked my veins. I was told that I couldn't donate that day because they couldn't find one of my veins, which was fine. My parents could donate though, so we read the 15 page packet and waited to watch the video.

The video room only allows one person at a time and they only have one computer. After ten minutes they called back my dad. He came back 30 minutes later saying that the video had timed out on him 2/3 of the way in because he hadn't moved his mouse in the last few minutes, so he had to watch it again. My mom sat waiting for a much longer time while people that arrived later than we had were being called to watch the video. She finally went up and asked and they took her back after being rude to her for asking.

While my mom was gone they asked me if I had watched the video yet and I told them no because I had been denied and the woman said she would cross me off the list. It appeared they had also forgotten that they told my dad to sit in the waiting room to wait for his turn with the questionnaire. Finally, my mom came out and asked them where to go and the woman asked who she was. For some reason they had crossed off both mine and my mom off the list. A few minutes later, the woman told us that it would be another hour before we could even be questioned because they only have one person who does it and they had just gone on their lunch break. At this point, we had been sitting in the waiting room for two hours and were pretty fed up and left.

The employees were rude and obviously not happy and treated us like we were there only to make a fast buck. We will never be returning to this location and will try be trying Octapharma or Biotech instead.
