Great presentation on phone , ...

Great presentation on phone , once i arrived i was practically parking outside because a single vehicle was blocking two lanes. Once i got out of my vehicle i was waiting to be acknowledged another 15 minutes. Once i was acknowledged i was set up with a rental which took another 20 minutes being stared at then finally given a rental. When i walked away i stated i needed things out of my vehicle and the service adviser didn't listen and drove car out and away anyways. I told em i need my things and waited another 15 minutes for my vehicle it to be brought around again. The individual parked it in the mechanic lift area where i had limited access to open the doors. I had to walk all the way across and tote my things back to rental car that was now again being blocked and forcing me to have to back out of service bay, The standing around advisers talking about the twins game still didn't move the other single car blocking lane.This service bay was not busy or overwhelmed ..they were just lazy today and it was very noted . I left and got a call back and was told no problem was found, This was interesting as the adviser told me how they checked the problem and again they weren't even close to doing a simplistic visual check or even listen to the problem asking to be addressed. I had to explain how to check what i was seeing as a problem as well as what the other shop clearly showed me to a ASE certified technician I am so frustrated and very upset with the service provided not only from this dealer but others that would rather ignore a problem I truly think its more of the question of is it diligence or negligence? I am absolutely disgusted to have dealt with this service department and this dealership and even more disgusted that i bought a jeep no one wants to have pride fixing. Absolutely resentful , i hope not all customers are treated this way as Fury Motors is directly reflected presently . Good luck , you have lost my friends, Family , family of family's friends of friends business..etc etc etc..truly to many to list that will not let you earn their business. Good luck , to all others I'd buy a Chevy if i were you!
