They need to be shut down by actual professionals. This is one of the worst cab services I could find. Not only do they have long response times, but the base is ridiculously rude. DO NOT TAKE THIS SERVICE. They are a waste of your time and money. The guy who sits all day and answers phones is the most unprofessional person I've ever come across. He speaks as if he's talking to an animal. Take your business elsewhere. There is no professionalism or work ethic with these people. Do yourself a favor and find someone else.

This cab service was just half of a block from where i needed to be picked up. They over charged me whereas there is another taxi that comes alittle far to pick me up and charge reasonable as other taxi service do. I would not recommended this cab service because the drivers over change you especially if you have more than one bags with you or four people.
