our living room was delivered on time and with care. the young men that delivered it were fast and very polit.

I give this store a negative 5. All their stuff is way overpriced. I bought $3,200 worth of furniture and appliances. The bunk bed was scratched and chipped. The couch cushions are stiff and won't stay on. The couch tore. They came and sewed it but it didn't last it tore again within a few months. The other end of the couch tore in the same spot. The cored that you pull to recline which is made of cheap plastic broke. This furniture has had less than 18 months wear. I will never buy from Big Sandy again.

if they had a negative 5 million stars that is what i would give them. had so many things go wrong and they never wanna make up for it spend 4500.00 on new kitchen appliances, they get delivered and scratched up, and dents drawers broken to be told that i have a service warrenty that i purchased to use it to have it fixed. then order a sectional to have the wrong sectional delivered to me. and now my washer is broke because the tech thought he knew what was wrong with it over the phone instead of coming and looking at it, found the problem and solved it which wasnt what he thought it was but because he ordered that part he replaced it and now my washer has flooded my basement and ruined my newly hung dry wall

They sell over priced junk that they won't stand behind, the service and management just jerk you around hoping you will give up. What a joke they are!!! Don't waste your hard earned money with these clowns

The only reason they got one star is because I had to to submit the review. I bought new sofa and love-seat I was told they were the top of the line the best I could buy. They were just high priced junk. They won't replace them or give me a refund just keep jerking me around service department is a joke and so is the management they do not care about you after the sale. They will not stand behind what they sale I will never do business here again, take your money somewhere else
