Such great and caring Dr's and staff!

One month ago we adopted a Sheltie from Utah Sheltie Rescue. We knew he had health problems; inflammed gall bladder and difficulty passing fecal matter. We were told he had a "motility problem." This week he had not moved his bowels in 3 days so I took him to Erz Animal Hospital. The entire staff was efficient, kind, very gentle and comforting to our dog Aeden as he endured the unpleasant procedure of having the fecal removed with a pair of tongs. I am extremely pleased with the level of care Aeden received and plan on using Erz as our regular vet.

We have always had exceptional care for our pets (two dogs and a cat) every time we've gone into the clinic. Dr. Hyde has always been gentle and calming with the "girls". My husband and I have recommended them to anyone who asks.

Dr. Hyde is the most knowledgeable, caring, compassionate vet I have ever been to in my 40 plus years of being a pet owner. I recommend him to every pet owner I know. I will never go anywhere else. He provided excellent care for our dog for several years, then helped us throught the difficult decision to put her down at age 16 1/2. He is a wonderful man who sincerely loves animals and cares for their owners.

You have absolutely no right to say that my review is a vet clinic trying to get business.DR. HYDE KILLED MY DOG.I don't care if you know him, it happened!So before you decide to be so blatantly disrespectful to other people, maybe you should make sure your facts are straight. And the fact that there are multiple people with similar stories should prove nothing more than the fact that ERZ is neglectful and shouldn't be allowed to be open.

ERZ Animal Hospital is the best veterinary clinic this side of the Mississippi! Dr. David Hyde is incredible with animals. He has gifted hands. Dr. Hyde has saved my pets lives many times......I owe him my own life. Dr. Hyde has alwasy gone out of his way to help me. I love ERZ and I would NEVER go anywhere else!!!!! They are wonderful!

I have always had great service from Erz. They really care about the animals and they are very knowledgable.

A similar situation happened with my yorkie as jamiebean16.Since she died, I have heard of many other people whose animals have suddenly died because of ERZ.They are AWFUL AWFUL people.

I have never had such great vet. care for my animals as with Dr. Hyde. When I had to put one of my dogs down due to liver cancer, both Dr. Hyde and his assistant, along with myself, were visibly upset and saddened. Dr. Hyde and his staff have always, for the past 15 years, ALWAYS provided nothing but the highest degree of animal care.

I have been going to ERZ for about three years now. They used to be very friendly and helpful.Then a couple of weeks ago, I took my Airedale in to get her checked.Dr. Hyde told me she had an infection in her uterus, and if I didn't get her spayed she would die. She got spayed last thursday, and afterwards Dr. Hyde told us he made a mistake, there was NO INFECTION. But he spayed her anyway.They kept her overnight, but two days later she let out a blood curdling scream and dropped dead.We called the Animal ER in Sunset, and they told us the only two ways she could've died were from a blood clot or internal bleeding, which would mean ERZ did not take care of her overnight.I called ERZ crying my eyes out and asked them how they killed my dog and told them they would never have my business again. Dr. Hyde just replied "Oh well."Not even a drop of remorse for killing my baby.I WILL NEVER GO TO ERZ AGAIN. THEY ARE MURDERERS.
