Staff are great never Stressed always friendly and helpful. When I walk out I always feel happy. During stressful holidays they still keep the spirit great. I appreciate all of their work.

Horrible customer service. The lady was rude and abrupt when asked a question about mailing out letters. Didn’t explain clearly and then later expected me, as the customer, to know all my exact options. To be nice from the very beginning will go a long way in leaving a lasting impression on the business. She should learn some manners and be genuine about it!

I rented a P.O. Box, and as soon as I forwarded my mail and put in the change of address form, my mail was lost. For three months, I did not receive my mail. When speaking with the post master, he said that they were not getting any mail for me. Which cannot be true, because I would receive mail everyday at my home address before renting the P.O. Box. Then, I asked for a refund on the P.O. Box and to return mailing to my previous home address. The post master declined my refund. I paid for the P.O. Box in advance for a year of service. When signing up for the P.O. Box I was told that you can receive a refund if canceling ahead of time. I have had the P.O. Box for three months, which I should receive a partial refund, if not the full refund for losing all of my mail for the passed three months. Do not rent a P.O. Box from this post office!! Your mail just vanishes and then you are told you must not be receiving mail from anyone...! I am Very disappointed and upset!
