A friend recommended The Doors Inc. to me. Mark was professional, on time and very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing a garage door repair.

I read reviews written by others before I called for broken torsion spring. So I felt pretty good picking The Doors Inc.



Friendly, no bulls, prompt, great work. Price was what I expected. I get a 3-year labor and material warranty. Love it. Anyone needing garage door services, I'd recommend Mark at The Doors Inc.

Wow!!! It is so refreshing to find in this day and time a company that provides such excellent service. One of the 51" long torsion springs broke on my large and "heavy" wood garage door ( 18' x 8) and everyone else I called said it would be days before they could get to me. I called Mark around 10am and he said he could fit my repair in before his 4:30pm appointment. I called back around noon and told him I also need two remotes and he said "no problem, I'll have them on the truck". I arrived home @ 2:50 and Mark was already there "waiting for me". Mark was very professional, open, and honest. He replaced both the springs, lubricated and adjusted the whole opener system, programmed and tested the new remotes, and tightened all the hinges and supports and was done by 4pm. The price for everything was very reasonable. Plus, took a few extra minutes to talk when I asked about possibly replacing the door at a later date.

I too highly recommend The Doors Inc. and will definitely call Mark when it's time to replace my garage door. As for the review from TeachTech, I read your review too before calling because I had the feeling your experience was more an anomaly rather than the norm. Based on my experience I can definitely say that what you experienced does not appear to be the norm for The Doors Inc.

I called Mark & told him that my garage door was broken. I told him I ordered the parts from Sears & would take about 8 days for the parts to come in. He told me he had the parts on his truck and could fix today! I had no idea he could fix Sears doors. My garage door was fixed within a few hours and when the parts came from Sears, I returned them. I love that he served all makes & models!

Mark came to our home exactly on time within two hours after my first phone call. He replaced both springs very well and quickly. His price was very reasonable and exactly as he told me on the phone. I would highly definitely recommend The Doors Inc.

Very quick, very proficient! Mark came within a few hours of my first call to replace broken torsion springs. He said it'd take him between 30-45 minutes, and he was faster than that. I am very impressed with the quality of service that The Doors Inc. provided. They were also priced lower than three other places I looked at.

Don't waste your time! I was scheduled for garage door repair on Thursday, took day off work, and waited...NO SHOW...NO CALL...NOTHING! It is now Saturday, they haven't even had the courtesy to return my calls.

The Doors Inc was a fantastic company to work for. The website alone explained what problem I had with my garage door. Also the estimate on how much to fix was awesome. I always like to know what I may be paying ballpark before someone comes out. Mark was awesome. He returned my phone call almost immediatly after I left a message and came out the same day to repair. He was professional and courtious and I had no worries that he could take care of my issue. It took him about 30 minutes to repair my garage door. I was very pleased with their service and will do busineess with them in the future if a door issue comes up. Thanks again Doors Inc. keep up the good work. And yes... "God Bless America"

I would definitely recommend The Doors Inc. They do an excellent job. Mark came to replace spring. I showed him some other damage on the garage door and he fixed those things without any additional charge. He was very courteous and professional in his job.

Can't ask for better. Service was great. They accomodated my schedule on a very short notice. Came out got the job done, cleaned up and were gone.

The Doors Inc is fantastic. They our helpful, friendly and deliver as promised and on time. Prices are reasonable. The web site is very informative. I selected one of the specials for my garage door and motor. It was just as pictured. I didn't even have to leave the house. Mark and his son our fast and efficient. They have excellent clean up. I would give them a reference anytime. You don't find many of these types of professionals these days.

I highly recommend this company. They are not only professional and reliable but they exceeded my expectations in every way. The price was very affordable and beat other door companies' prices also.

I have an international flight to catch tomorrow and my two-car garage door's spring had snapped, sections bent and the clamps were all lose. The door had to be replaced but I did not have that kind of time in hand.

Mark Layton was extremely kind and considerate to stop-by, assess the situation and provided me with an interim

solution where-in we could keep the garage door functional. He also promised to roll-over a significant portion of the

service fee towards buying a replacement door when I get back from abroad.



I couldn't ask for a better solution than this ... he was at my door-step within half-hour from my telephone conversation

and took care of the job exceptionally well.

I was looking to buy an inexpensive steel garage door (16x7) for our pole barn/garage. The Doors quoted me a great price of $546 plus $25 for a key locking latch (which I wanted because I am not installing an opener). That included the door, tracks, weatherstripping, spring, and installation of everything. I checked with Iverson's Lumber and their price for the same thing installed was $710. Beckway Door's price was $730 for the same thing. I noticed that The Doors had lots of good reviews on Yellowpages.com (17 to be exact) so I asked them to come out and install it. The work was done in a very timely manner, and the installation job was done perfectly, everything worked very smoothly and without problem. The door looks excellent (especially for a cheapy) and far exceeded my expectations. The price was exactly as quoted, and he even gave me a $15 discount, which I didn't even ask for. This is a great business to work with - very honest and excellent products.

Whomever said customer service was dead & gone is wrong! Mark arrived promptly, fixed my door quickly and efficently. He was friendly, knowledgable and professional. He also informed me about the Energy Tax Credit the Obama administration has put in place for homeowners that replace their garage doors by 2010! Thanx again Mark and Doors Inc.!

This morning I clicked my garage opener to find that my garage door did not open. Upon closer look I notice the torsion spring was broken. I came in and did a Yahoo search for garage door repair. The first thing I saw in the search results was The Doors Inc. listing that says "Garage Door Torsion Springs Replaced Winter 2009 special $135.00". When I called The Doors Inc. I asked them when they could come out and I was told they would be out in a couple hours. I also called Red#$%! Garage Doors who wasn't there to take my call but I left a message anyway. The repair person Mark, from The Doors Inc. arrived on time and was very polite and professional. I asked how long it would take and he said not long, about 20 minutes which he finished on time. While I waiting for the job to be completed I received a call from Red#$%! Garage Doors and was quoted $210.00 for the same job! That was $75.00 more than I was charged by The Door Inc. Upon completion of the job I asked if they accepted credit cards and he said yes. He ran the card thru a handheld credit card reader on the spot and printed me off a receipt. I would highly recommend The Doors Inc. to anyone that needs work done on their garage door and I would suggest you ask for Mark.

We recently had a garage door opener go bad, so I called The Doors, Inc. The response was excellent. I called on a Saturday and Monday they came and had it replaced! The technician was very professional and knowledgeable, and was great at explaining everything. We are very happy with The Doors Inc. and will definitely use them again.
