I feel very unappreciated when I speak to the front desk. Businesses grow by word of mouth unless they think they’re all that. I will agree with a previous reviewer saying there was a young man who went over and above to help, I had the same experience even from the driver of my stone. Desk take note to people who just want to ask questions first.

Excellent customer service, very reasonable prices, and wide selection.



Would be nice if they put a mirror somewhere for the 1 star reviewers to look into.

I was very happy with my recent visit to Stone Depot. They were busy at the time I showed up but I was greeted quickly by a young man named Jered. He hustled and helped me pick the right type of mulch for my yard. I will be back and my yard looks great!

Bad customer service! Poor quality mulch. The mulch we got from this company was horrible and lost it's color in days. They have very bad attitudes and make you feel like you are a nuisance and wasting their time. Don't waste your money here!!

This is a fun place to shop, the guys are vary helpful and offer lots of ideas. So far have built two wall block fire pits, a natural stone patio, hardwood mulch in my flower beds and decorative stone around my trees. Now all my neighbors are shopping at stone depot trying to compete. If you don't mind a little hard work and getting dirty I suggest stopping by to see how you can beautify your yard. They do offer installation but I like doing it myself.
