As a woman I've dealt with a tremendous amount of dishonesty when getting my vehicle repaired. Norm is the only mechanic I trust and a genuinely good guy. Also the hours of operation are wonderful for people that are at work during the usual 8-6 most places are open.

Worth the drive, if you are not from South Lyon. Norm is a great guy with a talent for cars. Honest, realiable and quality repairs.

Fabulous place to take your vehicles. They are very honest and have very reasonable prices. Recently was quoted $300 less than another shop to replace a head gasket! They are even helpful on the phone with questions and quotes and such.

I was referred to Norm by a co-worker who has used Norm's services for years. I sent friends to him having never been there myself. THey were extremely happy with the honesty, the work, the price. I've since been there and feel the same way: happy with the work, the honesty, the price. I've just sent another co-worker to him. No wonder this place is busy.

Honest & reliable! Quality work!

We've been taking our vehicles to Norm's for several years. Norm is honest and does good work at very reasonable prices. We were recently quoted $850 by our Pontiac dealer to replace both intake manifold gaskets on our 2000 Pontiac Montana. Norm did the job for $615 and uses a better quality after market gasket then the OEM gaskets which are known to fail after about 60K miles.

We recently had our older model vehicle repaired at Norms. I really appreciated the honest answers and the honest pricing. Previously we were quoted several thousands more for repair from a national chain shop.

I have been taking my vehicle there for over 20 years. Norm's not only gets it right the first time, but they are very honest. Norm's will never tell you you need something done if you don't.
