I am extremely disappointed. We had lightning lawn care install a sprinkler system as well as Hydro seed our lawn at the end of last year . They made it very clear that come springtime they would come and fill in all of the spotty areas that the Hydro seed missed . I have now contacted this company more than six times by phone, I have also sent emails. After my fourth attempt I was contacted by a lady who said someone would be out that weekend to look at the lawn, she did not even ask which sprinkler head I was referring to that was stuck up out of the ground nor has anyone come to look. I would not recommend this company if you are looking for someone with exceptional customer service.
