Please avoid this shameful business. They sent me a faulty probe, when it was returned for repair they ignored it and my emails requesting it be repaired and returned. It has been about 8 months now. They do not answer the phone and will not give me a refund. I am left hundreds of dollars out of pocket and have nothing to show for it. I contacted the BBB but they ignore them too.
