My son called asking me about getting some belts for his JD Tractor mower.Even though I live in Milford I told him to go to your place as many of us in this neighborhood do. Lawn and Leisure which was formerly Bakers is closer but we liked your place better for many reasons. However, we needed a quik answer as to the correct belt numbers so I called your location and asked for parts. The gal who answered said there were customers at the counter and she could not connect me. I reminded her that I had been there before and if the phone rang it was answered. I did not mind waiting. The person calling does not know you are busy. So I guess from now on we will go to the closer location. She was rather blunt in suggesting that I do so. If this is your new policy it will cost you business I'm sure.
