Awesome clinic, so friendly and honestly care about their patients!!! Idiotically, I took DayQuil, drank a redbull and threw my heartbeat out of wack!! Instead of just ignoring it, they gv me juices, ran other tests, and the beautiful doctor did not make me feel like the idiot for taking that and not eating!! I am beyond impressed and wish there doctors in this world that cared like they did!!! I will never go anywhere else and they have a sense of humor which makes the whole process a joy! Thank you After Hours, you made my day and really taught me a lesson without making me feel like a fool!!

We love this place. Our go to place when our docs aren't in. They have sewn back on toes almost falling off, we had a daughter who all but stopped breathing and they carried her from the car and worked hard on her till the ambulance arrived (she stopped breathing in the car on the way there) and we were so grateful! (10 year old child)... They have always been awesome and we are grateful they are there!

I hope that my story stops patients from ever going to this business! My husband went in this week w/ intense stomach pain. They ran an X-ray & the doctor said he had "no obstruction". He said he was probably constipated. He sent me to another city to a late-night pharmacy w/ a prescription. Only to find out that all the meds he recommended were OTC (a laxative, an acid reducer and gas-ex). Less than 24 hrs later my husband was rolling on the ground in excruciating pain & vomiting. I took him to the ER & we were immediately admitted after a CT scan showed an OBSTRUCTION in his small bowel. His small bowel was kinked. He was in the hospital for 3 DAYS with a NG tube sucking all the fluid out of his stomach & the prospect of surgery! The surgeon in the hospital said if he starts to feel that again to NOT take a laxative as it makes it worse. WHAT I GOT AT AFTER HOURS MEDICAL WAS MALPRACTICE AND THEY RISKED MY HUSBAND'S LIFE WITH THEIR IGNORANCE & NEGLIGENCE!

I went twice when I was having breathing problems. They were kind, professional and courteous. I was given breathing treatments and prescriptions and they worked well. I was told what to expect and it was correct. Third time I went is when my 5 yr old grandaughter almost sliced her toe off when a log fell on it. They were great, again telling what to expect, were patient and calm with her. They xrayed, cleaned, sterilized and stitched her up. This was not easy as she had shivers of wood deeply imbedded inside. She went back for rebandaging and a checkup. You would hardly know this happened. Thank you for your wonderful service and great staff. Did not have to wait. My only regret is I wish they were open even later in the evening.

WAITED TWO AND A HALF HOURS THERE WERE ONLY TWO PEOPLE AHEAD OF ME I FINALLY HAD TO LEAVE TO GO TO WORK. RECEPTIONIST WAS EXTREMELY RUDE WHEN I ASKED FOR MY COPAY BACK AND TOLD HER SHE SHOULD NOT TELL PEOPLE ON THE PHONE THERE IS ONLY A 20 MINUTE WAIT WHEN CLEARLY IT WAS OVER THREE HOURS. WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN

Wow, I went to this urgent care on Saturday and got unbelievable service. I will go here again and recommend it to everyone. It is a clean, and caring place to go. They accept insurance. BUT...If you don't have insurance, they have a great MEDICAL CARE DISCOUNT PROGRAM...It's wonderful and I am fortunate to be a member. After the $49 monthly fee...I saw the Dr. for $5. That's it.... I only pay $5 to see a Dr. I've now been a member of their DISCOUNT MEDICAL PROGRAM for 9 months, still only pay $49 a month and still only pay $5 a visit. This is better than insurance! I now see a physician for regular check-ups, blood work etc. I make an appointment and never wait. I get to see the same Dr. so I can build a relationship and get better health care. My thanks to AMY WHIPPLE N.P. for great personal care, and my thanks to Dr. RACHOT VACHAROTHONE for having a vision and creating this awesome service. You are an answer to prayer.
