The doctor is good but the staff is not helpful and sometimes rude. they do not understand how to work Tricare or other insurances they require referrals. They said they were going to send a referral a week later we called follow up and there was no referral sent. They said they had sent it that day the next day we called and they said they were working on it but it had never been sent. Previously they had never sent a referral to our insurance and claimed it was our job to know and to make sure it gets sent and follow up with them. But it's not their job to know that with Tricare referrals have to be sent to the insurance.
