I was looking for a carpet cleaner and a friend referred John at Qualls chem dry.



I got their phone on here and saw they didn't have a good rating and not very many so I was skeptical at first. Kristy answered and was nice and informative on the way they cleaned carpets and their prices. She offered me a special that was competitive to other companies so I booked.



John came out did the cleaning. He did an inspection with a light to see if there was any urine and soaked it. I asked if he was using too much but he said that it is important that the deodorizer went in to the pad and sub floor otherwise the odor wouldn't be completely gone forever.



He followed with a sanitizer to kill the bacteria in the carpet and I also had him apply a stain guard to prevent future staining.



Most of the carpets were dry in about 2 hours to my amazement but did take about a day where the urine was as he explained to me. All said and done our house smells great and I know that it is clean.

John came in and used a black light to locate where my new puppies have had accidents and treated them with a urine deodorizer which has taken care of the odor and stains. My carpets look great and presentable again. I have already referred friends and will continue to use John again.

I left a few online messages for other companies and this was the first company to call me back. I explained that my twins had spilled tempera paint all over my carpet and that there was a big green stain. They told me paint was not easy to get out and that we needed to get on it asap. They did exactly that. They arranged their schedule to see me today. I was at work, but my husband was home when they were working. I came home as the tech was cleaning up and asked if they were able to get it out. He said mostly, and that I would be the only one who would ever notice it. As I walked in to see it, my carpet was still green. I was disappointed but didn't know if it would even be possible for them to get out the paint stain. So we paid the fee and went on our way. I forgot to mention the rest of the carpet was cleaned, too. Once our carpet started drying, I noticed it was still matted in certain spots and didn't seem very clean. The customer service was excellent, but the cleaning was most certainly not up to what I would expect. I would not use this company in the future. I forgot to mention, a coworker told me a trick that she uses to remove stains. I tried the trick and removed significantly more paint than this company. Now the stain is more likely only noticeable to those who know where it is. So for $4.00 and about 30 minutes work, I removed more paint than Qualls Chem Dry did and they charged me $89.
