I never write reviews, and I never complain, but in this instance it deserves one, a one star. Customer facing manner could use a little polish. I had to call three times to check on mower for simple cable and blade replacement AFTER the one week time frame had passed. Service counter said they sent text, I did not receive a text, I had to go by shop to check and see if mower was ready. Phone service is terrible. To top it off, my bill was rather exorbitant, $96 for a cable, blade installed. Attendant indicated I was "only" charged 1/2 hour for labor, which seems fair. Upon leaving, I looked at my invoice, their labor rate is $100/hour. Wait, what? Am I seeing Sinatra, U2, a surgeon, or did I just visit a small machine/repair shop? Their labor rate seems very high for those type of repairs. My bad for not knowing this upfront, but it seems unconscionable this shop takes this approach. Take advantage of me once, I'll never be back. My advice is run the other way.

I don't usually write reviews unless they are good but I feel like this business deserves a one-star. I have talk directly to the assistant multiple times and left messages over a week and a half and attempted to give them my business. However the assistant keeps telling me someone will call me back and apparently they don't really care for the business. I would recommend you go elsewhere. Even if they do call you back chances that you will get your mower back are slim to none. If this option had 0 stars that's what I would rate them. It's surprising yelp has them at 4 star. Go read their 2 star reviews on Google. Dont go here.

I really like this place, I have meet there mechanics and they are top notch!

The Girls at the counter they no there stuff, I think they could repair the mowers.

I will NEVER go back to mower medic, EVER!!!. My experience with Mower Medic in South Jordan Ut was by far the worst customer service experience I have EVER had. They had my mower for over 6 weeks. Never once did they call me to provide a status. If I wanted to find out a status I would have to call them. Every time I called they would tell me that the part had been shipped and it would be there the next Tuesday. Tuesday would come and go and no call and no mower. After 6 weeks of this I finally got upset and said I will pick up the mower today get it fixed. Somehow the part was magically there and they fixed it. They had also tuned up my mower and sharpened the blade for $150. When I went into pick up my mower I said I need a discount for the 6 week delay. The owners daughter started yelling at me stating that it isn't their fault if the manufacture doesn't have the part in. I said you guys either forgot to order it of didn't notice it was in. Long story short, she kicked me out of the store and said she was going to call the cops. They still have my mower and refuse to give it back!!!! What a joke of a business!!

NEEDED MY RIDING LAWN MOWER FIXED WAS WAITING FOR THE SNOW TO SUBSIDE BECAUSE I HAVE A SNOW PLOW ATTACHED BUT DECIDED TO TAKE IT IN MIND YOU THIS IS MARCH & CAN STILL SNOW IN SALT LAKE WAS HAPPY TO GET IT FIXED JUST NEEDED A NEW BATTERY WAS GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE

great place to get carberator parts--lot's of toys i need so i made sure santa know's where they are--the part's gal sure know's here stuff

This plase is great. They sharpened my blade while I waited and I checked out there chain saws in the mean time and bought one of them.I will be back for a trimmer.great people, make you fill welcome.

Reading the reviews I thought "wow, what a great place to get my lawn mower serviced". I dropped off the mower with a promised completion of 1 1/2 weeks. After the second week I stopped by and they hadn't even looked at it yet. I chalked this up to being very busy. Yet another week rolls by and no phone call so I stop by again and they hadn't even looked at it yet. Three weeks later and not even a phone call. To make a long story short I picked up my unserviced mower and to top it all off they were indifferent to the delay or at least lack of an update on the status.Please don't bother with this and try somewhere else.

These Guys ( and gals) realy know there stuf.###There very helpful and make you fill good about going there.###The 2 girls on the counter are awsom and know what they are doing.###They even have a mower you can take home and mow your lawn with if your is broken or in for service.###They let me barrow a trailer to bring in my riding mower at no charge!!! ######I bought my new toro 21" mower from them and they sharpen my blade free when ever I need it done,######They have a great Stihl disply and I am going to buy a chainsaw from them and maby one of those quite Honsa generators.######These guys have all the good stuf.

Great place to have mowers, electric saws, etc. repaired. Excellent staff with great knowledge. If a part has to be ordered though, it takes a long time to have your item repaired.
