I've been there several times and always experienced great customer service. Boon is a pleasure to work with and does not take advantage of lack of knowledge to sell a part or service. Plus the carnation in the vent when they are done is a simple, nice touch.

Never go here, caused over 2,000$ in damaged and won't take any responsability for any of it, I'm out a car until I can come up with 2,000$. Customer service is horrible as well, forgot to put my grandmother on mute and called her a f***ing b***** (you an imagine what they said) I called back the next day and they forgot to mute again and said "I don't want to deal with these b*****s again" when corporate was called because the store owner would do nothing about the name calling, they arrived at the store to find this was one if the only stores that didn't record their calls so they couldn't do anything further. NEVER go here unless you want to be treated disrespectfully and possibly go without a car due to issues they caused.
