We hired Candlelight homes in February 2013 to build us a home. Building a home with Candlelight has taken much longer than what we were told in the beginning.

So far I have been very disappointed in this company, They don't communicate with you and seem to be not very concerned about the family values most people have in this area.



This being a time of high uncertainty in the mining community Candle lights management and representative seem not to care about a families financial stability. As most know many people and their families are being uprooted and are facing some excessive challenges. I work with over 50 people that got laid off due to the ground slide at Kennecott, I asked Candle light to hold on the build of the new home, and with very much resistance they agreed to, while other co workers who had new homes in progress with Perry Homes and Richmond American were very forth coming and worked with them,, two families that were laid off received all monies back from Perry during the home building process, so as to assist the family in such tough times.



After numerous discussions The sales Rep for Candlelight said they would hold off on the project tip I knew I would be going back to work at the mine, this is after giving them a 15000.00 deposit and they agreed to 7600.00 return if we canceled the agreement. As of 5/13/2014 I asked them to go ahead with the build...They signed the cancelation on the 14th and said they started on a spec home on my chosen lot...hmmm WHAT DO YOU THINK? I don't suggest this company to anybody.....

I was so impressed with all of the choices we had with this builder - prices, home plans, lots, and especially the level of customizing that we could do to make our home unique. It was great working with people who showed that they sincerely cared about our needs.

I have been through several different model homes with different builders; none of them have been as professional or well organized as Candlelight Homes. They had the right home plan for me and my family.

Look no further! Candlelight Homes are the best by far. If your looking for Location, Quality, Fun and Friendly staff to work with, and then to be able to customize your plan to your family needs, Candlelight is the place you want to call home.

We would recommend Candlelight Homes to our friends and family. They have great attention to detail, high quality finish, and focused on the things that were most important to us. We have loved working with Candlelight Homes.

Wow! I was so impressed with this company. Great service and they allow any buyer to customize the home and it's not a custom price. I will recommend!
