Phyllis LaVigna is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida, with a graduate degree from the University of Central Florida, Daytona Beach campus. Dr. Barbara Silver has worked in the mental health field for the past forty years. She has devoted her time to teaching, studying, treating and advocating for adults and children with developmental disabilities and mental illness. Dr. Barbara Silver - Specialites practice includes:Seniors, Autism Spectrum, children, developmental disabilities and adult individual therapy.
