Provided by YP.comI took a computer tower in for diagnostic of what component was bad that was causing the PC to not start up. After an extremely challenging diagnoses and multiple part replacements the faulty device was detected, and due to the extended wait they only charged me the diagnostics fee with a free low grade video card replacement to make it functional again until I replace the video card with a mid-high grade video card. Amazing customer service. I will not hesitate to use them again in the future.
