Such a joke! The male answering the phone was very unprofessional; couldn't care less about customer service. I had to try to keep his attention to make the appointment. Wanted a threading appointment for my daughters eyebrows. I was told they no longer had threaders. They only had wax and sugar. We opted to try the sugar and the person providing the service seemed to hate her job and had an attitude. She made my daughter feel very self conscious and sad about her acne. The woman even talked about my daughter to other employees by whispering in their ears when she walked to the back to get the sugar. We know this because they both looked right over at my daughter and she noticed it. Worst experience ever! The person providing the service was very unprofessional, NOT friendly at all and shouldn't be doing the work if she hates it so much. We WILL NOT ever be going back again. Do not waste your time and money here. I spent all evening trying to build my daughter's confidence back up.

I've been getting my nails (mostly pedicure) done at Oasis Spa a few times. All the ladies are very nice, friendly, & competent. The prices are very reasonable, and the facility is always clean. It is a pleasure to be pampered and walk out with sexy toes!

This was the first time I visited this place. I came along with my friends for our Relaxation Body Massage (she highly recommended this services). We chose 60’ duration, and I really dip into their amazing massage. Totally relaxed and comfortable.

I have been coming here for several times - service is superb, staff great and place is professional by all staff. This salon is clean and modern. Reasonably priced compared to other places in the area. Highly recommend this place.

I got a pedicure at oasis spa and it was the best pedicure ever. My polish lasted for a very long time. The staff was very friendly and the price was right. I will definitely go back and I plan to try some of the other services when I do.

Horrible customer service. French gel manicure was sloppy and uneven. And when I called to complain lady on the phone said she was too busy to listen to me complain and hung up on me. I asked for a 36.00 deluxe pedicure and I got a 42.00 pedicure because she did a callous treatment without asking and then when I went to pay said tough that it was done and I had to pay for it. Save your money and go somewhere else. So much for my Mother's Day treat. More like a nightmare.
