Everyone who works here cares about animals, and seems very knowledgeable and helpful. One of the best pet supply stores I've ever been in.

Anyone running a business should stop by PFW to experience customer service as it should be experienced. These folks have got it right. The high level of customer service managed by PFW is something very, very rare these days. I have never walked into PFW without at least one employee greeting me pleasantly and asking to be of assistance. Try going to Walmart or just about anywhere else and see if that happens. I don't think so!

The people at Pet Food Warehouse are always super helpful and courteous. They always offer detailed assistance when selecting any of the products they sell, whether it is dog food or grooming products. They also have discount programs for frequent buyers which is nice. Once you've made your purchase they ALWAYS ask if they can be of assistance by carrying any large bags of food to your car. Perfect customer service in every way!!

I am a veterinarian and l am thrilled with the very nice people who own, manage and work in this store.I visit looking for items there that are really fun, like beautiful collars, good beds, and safe toys. This store has a nice wide selection and they are well priced. They also have an excellent selection of very good food for dogs and cats. The staff is more animal savvy that most pet stores and I find that really refreshing. If you want a great pet store that is locally owned, has a nice atmosphere and is NOT another large chain, give this store your business, they are great.
