We were in from out of town and had a slow leak. I figured it was a nail in the tread and they looked at it and found it was in the sidewall so they could not fix it and they did not have the right tire in stock so they could not help us (and it was Sunday so nothing was available). They refilled the leaky one checked the other tires and did not charge us! Plus they were very nice and professional and low pressure - so overall it was a very positive experience, except for the damaged tire.

Experience first started with bringing in a set of winter tires that I had told them i were not sure if the size was correct. They put them on and didnt check to see that they were the proper size, resulting in $1,200 in damages to the body of my car. Then returned to store, bought proper sized tires for $400, was told they were an 'aggressive tread all season" by store manager. Turns out the tires are a high performance summer tire. Now am stuck with summer tires on my vehicle that I have been transporting my 1yr old child in. BEWARE! FIND A DIFFERENT PLACE FOR TIRES! THEY MAY HAVE LOW PRICES BUT THERE'S A REASON!!
